Forget marketing language. Only six things matter, and five of them are measurable:
- Verified hydrogen concentration (PPB). Research on hydrogen water generally uses 1,000–6,000 PPB, with the therapeutic threshold at or above 1,000 PPB. A good portable bottle should clear that comfortably — and the figure should come from a report you can read, not a number you’re told to trust.
