HydroHealth Original vs iBottle+: Australian Buying Guide

HydroHealth Original vs iBottle+: Australian Buying Guide magazine 18

“Compare the currency and the cost of returning it from Australia before deciding whether an overseas bottle offers better value.”

Sam, iBottle

For Australian buyers, iBottle+ is the simpler option to budget for: A$199 for either the 230 mL or 400 mL size, with free Australian shipping. HydroHealth Original is advertised at US$99.95, but its Australian delivered total needs checking. Its 60 day return offer also has strict conditions worth reading before you order.

This article covers the HydroHealth Original sold by HydroHealth US at hydrohealth.co. It is a different storefront from Hydrogen Health Australia. Check the website address when comparing prices, reviews or return policies.

Compare the Australian total, not just the dollar sign

The HydroHealth storefront checked was set to United States and USD. Its US$99.95 price therefore needs currency conversion before you compare it with an Australian dollar offer. Shipping and any applicable checkout charges matter too.

For a useful comparison, select Australia as the delivery destination and check the final amount before paying. If payment stays in USD, check the conversion rate and any foreign currency fee with your payment provider. We have not obtained an Australian delivery quote for HydroHealth, so there is no verified A$ total to print here.

Our iBottle+ product page lists both sizes at A$199. With free shipping within Australia, capacity is the main choice between those two offers. You do not pay extra for the larger 400 mL option at the price checked.

A lower delivered price can be a good reason to choose a bottle. Make that decision using the amount you will actually pay, then weigh the return costs if it does not suit you.

What delivery information is available?

HydroHealth advertises worldwide delivery, but when we tried to checkout, the checkout failed with error “Shipping not available
Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it’s correct and try again, or select a different address.”

Its product FAQ estimates 11 to 15 business days outside the United States. The HydroHealth shipping policy gives a different breakdown: 1 to 2 business days for processing, then 9 to 17 days for standard international transit. It also lists an express option and says exact arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Ask which estimate applies to your Australian postcode and chosen service, especially if the bottle is a gift. The policy allows dispatch from different international fulfilment centres, so a US storefront does not establish where your particular parcel will begin its journey.

iBottle’s shipping FAQ states free Australian delivery and an estimated 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. These are seller estimates. Allow for processing and confirm timing before ordering for a fixed date.

Read both return policies before opening the box

A longer return window is useful only if the conditions fit how you plan to assess the bottle.

The HydroHealth refund policy specifies an unused bottle in its original packaging, within 60 days of purchase. It says return shipping is deducted from the refund, shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and opened packages attract a 15% restocking and recertification fee. Contact support for the return address before sending anything back.

Those conditions mean you can not fill and use the bottle before deciding. Ask whether opening or using it affects eligibility, what return postage would cost from Australia, and how the fee applies. Keep the seller’s response with your order confirmation.

iBottle has a simple change-of-mind policy which requires a return within 30 days of purchase and prior approval and complete original packaging and accessories.

Which specifications should you confirm?

HydroHealth’s product page contains three different inconsistent hydrogen concentration figures: 3.0 ppm, up to 1.5 ppm, and up to 1600 ppb.

We could not confirm HydroHealth Original’s capacity from the pages checked. Get that figure in writing if serving size matters to you, along with the bottle material, charging requirements and included accessories.

For iBottle+, choose 230 mL when you prefer a smaller serve, or 400 mL when you want more water per fill. Our iBottle model and size guide explains the options. Capacity alone does not establish hydrogen performance, and this comparison does not rank the bottles by output.

Which bottle would we choose?

We would choose iBottle+ for an Australian buyer who values a clear A$199 purchase price, free domestic shipping and a known choice of capacities. You can choose the serving size that suits your routine at the same price.

HydroHealth Original becomes hard to recommend due to incosistent claims, failed checkout and no money back guarante
